Service Description
Sovara is an AI-powered platform that provides planning intelligence for investment migration advisory. The service is designed for use by investment migration advisory firms and their authorized personnel.
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when using the platform
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to circumvent security measures or access controls
- Not share access with unauthorized individuals
Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you provide to Sovara. AI-generated outputs based on your inputs are yours to use in your advisory practice. We claim no ownership over your client information or the deliverables you create using our platform.
Confidentiality
Information you share with Sovara is treated as confidential. Our data handling practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy. We do not share your information with other users or third parties except as required to provide the service.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Sovara—including software, design, and documentation—are owned by Sovara and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Sovara provides information for planning purposes only. We are not liable for:
- Decisions made based on information from our platform
- Accuracy of AI-generated content, which is designed for professional review and should be verified as part of your advisory workflow
- Service interruptions or technical issues
- Actions taken by third parties
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We strive to maintain high availability of the platform, though we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations of these terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. The parties agree to attempt informal resolution of any dispute before initiating formal proceedings. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be settled through binding arbitration in Zug, Switzerland, conducted in English.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
